All guests will be required to complete a Guest Registration prior to arrival, we will email this to you 30 days prior to your arrival.

Lowest rates will always be found when booking directly on our own website. Bookings made via 3rd party booking sites (i.e.Booking.com) will include at least a 10% fee which is to cover the 15% commission booking sites charge.
Rates listed on our own site include a full cooked Welsh breakfast. Bookings made via a 3rd party agent DO NOT INCLUDE BREAKFAST although this can be added during your stay at a fee of £12.50 per person per day. Bookings made directly also have the option to have the breakfast discounted from their rate and discounted accordingly

Your original estimated arrival time will be shown as Check-in Time on your Booking confirmation/reminder. Our earliest check-in time is 2.30pm and latest is 9pm (later upon request). Please advise your arrival time if different to the time provided when booking.
Latest CHECK-OUT time is 10.30am – (With prior approval we are happy for guests to leave luggage with us after/before these times).

MINIMUM AGE OF GUESTS MUST BE 15 YEARS AND ALL ROOMS MUST OCCUPY AN ADULT (OVER 18 YEARS OLD).

As we have no parking facilities at the B&B, upon arrival guests may stop directly outside the B&B to unload their luggage. We will then provide directions to the nearest public car park Mount Pleasant (LL32 8NY) which is a 2 minute walk and offers paid parking.
There is free parking Mon-Fri at Bodlondeb Car Park (LL32 8DU) which is a 5 minute walk away from us.

To uphold the high standards we provide and our guests expect, we can no longer accept any type of group booking (6+) or Stag, Hen or wedding parties without our prior approval.

DEPOSITS:
You will be required to enter a valid debit/credit card which will be validated for security of the reservation.
(This may vary if reservation is made via a third party booking site).

We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and Gwynfryn B&B.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Over 7 days = full refund (*minus a small admin fee)                                                                                                                      

7 day and less prior to day of arrival – 100% of total stay.                                                                                                                                                                                       

If you have to cancel your holiday for whatever reason, we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge as above. In order to avoid charges due to cancellation may we suggest that you look into purchasing a Travel Insurance product whereby you would be covered for such eventualities.

In accordance with the Law Gwynfryn B&B is ENTIRELY NON-SMOKING. If it is discovered that smoking has taken place we reserve the right to ask the guest to leave and the guest will be charged for the damage and/or cleaning incurred.

Guests shall be responsible to Gwynfryn B&B for any damage caused to public areas, allocated rooms, furnishing and equipment therein or to Gwynfryn B&B generally by any act, default or neglect of the guest or accompanying persons and shall pay to Gwynfryn B&B on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.
