Welcome to our selection of Guest B&B Rooms within the Chapel House at Gwynfryn Bed and Breakfast. Offering you a comfortable and stylish stay in each of our guest house accommodations during your stay in Conwy, North Wales.
The Chapel House B&B rooms have been tastefully furnished with a unique decor to ensure they all have their own distinct character. Whilst maintaining many original features including open beams, fireplaces and large sash windows, we have incorporated all the modern conveniences to guarantee all your requirements are met.
The Chapel House has it’s own private entrance and is located directly in front of the Hidden Chapel Restaurant where guests can enjoy a drink or bite to eat.
Below, we give you the option to view each of our B&B rooms in more detail allowing you to decide which meets with your taste and requirements.
Bookings
Making a booking could not be easier using our secure online Bookings System, which will enable you to check the latest availability and rates. Please read our Terms & Conditions prior to confirming your reservation. The Chapel House Rooms are usually a minimum stay of 2 nights.
Please note Gwynfryn Bed and Breakfast is a totally non-smoking establishment and we do not accept pets.
With regret we are unable to accept children under the age of 15 at Gwynfryn B&B but we do have our 2 bedroom self-catering holiday-let; Conwy View Cottage. This is a perfect base for families or for guests looking for a longer stay and that little extra space and privacy.
Breakfast is served within the adjoining converted Chapel which still retains many of its original features including the Organ, Pulpit and ornate balcony. We have remodeled all the pews into banquet style tables and seating.
Parking – we have no parking facilities at the B&B, but upon arrival guests may stop directly outside the B&B to unload their luggage. We will then provide directions to the nearest public car park Mount Pleasant (LL32 8NY) which is a 2 minute walk and offers paid parking. There is also free parking Monday – Friday at Bodlondeb Car Park (LL32 8DU) which is a 5 minute walk away from us.

Libby Room
The Libby Room is located on the first floor up 20 stairs and includes a white French 4 poster king sized bed, cast iron fireplace and a free standing slipper bath in the room. The en-suite includes a walk in shower. There is one large sash in the bedroom with views towards the Chapel and the sitting area as a large double sash window with views over the neighbouring property with distant views of St.Mary’s Church clock and Conwy Castle turrets.
Victoria Room
The Victoria Room is an opulent french style with luxurious furnishings including a stunning rococo antique gold french 5ft king bed. You will love the new large walk in shower and freestanding roll-top bathtub.
The room is on the 2nd floor (30 stairs) and therefore benefits from the distant views of the Town Walls and surrounding Snowdonia National Park Mountains. Whilst maintaining its Victorian character with the original fire place and open roof beams the room benefits from all the modern comforts to ensure your pleasant stay.
Elizabeth Room
The Elizabeth Room includes a king-size (5ft wide) bed & a luxurious chaise lounge to relax on. Furnished with a velvety french touch. A nice sized en-suite with bath tub and walk in shower. Located on the 2nd floor (30 stairs) in the Chapel House. Views looking out towards the side of the Chapel and some distant view over Conwy’s roof tops.
Lilly Room
The Lilly Room is a bright and fresh room with three large sash windows with side views over Lancaster Square. This is a twin room with two single beds (3ft wide) and is located on the 1st floor (20 stairs). The en-suite comprises a modern suite with walk in shower cubicle.
